CHI Attics completed our attic conversion in Jan 2020.
The whole team were very easy to deal with from Hugh’s consultation to Dave and his friendly team completing the work. The workmanship is excellent and the whole process lasted 8 days with minimal disruption and they took the time to explain things as they went along and listened to our needs. It was always left clean and neat every evening. We cannot believe the space we got in the attic!

Very professional. Our attic conversion was scheduled to happen just before the restrictive Covid19 lockdown came in to place. We were worried it wouldn’t be finished in time and we’d be left with a half-done attic. Everything went to schedule, and the quality of the work is solid.
After we procrastinated for 2 years, CHI came out and consulted with us for a second time. They were careful to explain to us all the considerations and options. We were very happy with the materials, workmanship, attention to detail, cleanliness and friendliness. Happy to recommend.
We decided to get our Attic converted last year and didn’t know too much about the process, building requirements or regulations etc..
We researched as best as we could and found a number of companies that carried out Attic conversations including CHI.
From first contact they were incredibly professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of the Attic conversation.
Hugh visited and offered advice and pointed out some things that most of the other companies didn’t when we asked them for a quotation.
The work was scheduled and started on time and completed on time, in addition a week before the work started CHI sent a nice note with the process and how things would work from day to day.
This was a great touch to let us know how everything would piece together.
They came out a few days before and covered all our carpets so they wouldn’t get damaged.
While the work was being done you wouldn’t even know they guys were here, everything was so well done from start to finish.
All the certificates were given to us building and electrical and the work was finished to the highest standard.
We had the Attic painted a few weeks after the work finished and the painter who was completely independent commented on how it was one of the best plastering jobs he had ever come across.
I could go on all day about how good the whole process was from start to finish and would have no problem giving CHI top marks.
Like anyone who is making the decision to convert the attic on a house it’s a very stressful time but the guys at CHI were great and really put my mind at ease.
